Affiliate registration
Who can join the affiliate program?
Creators, website owners, community publishers and media buyers with a relevant audience or traffic source can apply. You must be at least 18. Describe where you plan to promote Candy AI so the team can assess your application.
How do I register as an affiliate?
Use Apply Now to open the partner signup page. Register using the options shown, then complete any requested account and traffic-source details. After gaining access, find your personal tracking links in the affiliate dashboard.
Do I need a website to apply?
A website is one option. The public program also welcomes creators and media buyers. If you use social content or a community, include your channel and explain how you will reach an adult audience when applying.
Can I apply if I am new to affiliate marketing?
You can apply with a clear promotion plan; approval is the provider’s decision. Start by explaining your audience, your channel and the content you intend to publish. Avoid promising traffic volumes or results you cannot support.
Is my Candy AI customer account also an affiliate account?
No. A customer account is for using Candy AI. An affiliate account gives you partner tracking links and commission reports. Register through the partner signup page to promote the product; a customer login alone does not provide affiliate tracking.
Do I need to buy a subscription before applying?
The public application information does not list a customer subscription as a joining requirement. Product access and partner registration are separate. If you buy access to research the product, use a normal customer route rather than your own affiliate link.
Where do I find my referral links and banners?
Open Referral links in your affiliate dashboard to copy your own tracking URL, and Assets for banners and other creatives. Dashboard labels can differ by platform. Choose a destination that matches the product or feature your content discusses.
Commissions & payouts
What is the commission rate?
The public offer advertises up to 40% revenue share or up to $70 CPA per new paying customer. These are maximum advertised rates. Your activated offer sets your actual rate, eligible transactions and any country-specific conditions.
Does a free signup earn me a commission?
A free signup alone does not earn the customer commission described by these offers. Revenue share depends on eligible customer payments; CPA requires a qualifying new paying customer. Use signup reports to understand interest, and sales reports to assess earnings.
Should I choose revenue share or CPA?
Revenue share pays a percentage of eligible spending, including repeat purchases. CPA pays a fixed amount for a qualifying first purchase. Compare expected customer spending, acquisition costs and your offer’s rules. Ask the affiliate team which model is available for your traffic.
Can I earn from renewals and token purchases?
Yes, under an eligible revenue-share offer. The public program lists subscriptions, renewals and token purchases. A CPA offer pays for a qualifying first purchase rather than every later transaction. Check which model is active before estimating repeat earnings.
When will I be paid?
Payouts are monthly. FirstPromoter’s agreement specifies payment within 15 days after month-end with a $100 minimum; Everflow’s specifies the same timing with a $250 minimum. The public recruitment page advertises Net-7 and $250. Use your account agreement to identify your schedule; resolve any mismatch with the affiliate team.
What if I do not have PayPal?
You can receive payouts by cryptocurrency or bank wire instead of PayPal. Candy AI’s public program page specifically lists USDT, and both platform agreements include cryptocurrency and wire transfers. Choose the available alternative in your payout settings. If it is not shown, email affiliate@candy.ai to arrange it. For a crypto payout, confirm the supported token and network before submitting your wallet address.
What do I need to set up before my first payout?
Enter your payout details and provide your full name and postal address for self-billing. Both platform agreements require these details before the 1st of the month for payout eligibility. Review the saved information and your applicable minimum before the billing period closes.
Why have I earned commission but not received a payout?
First check whether your eligible balance meets your platform’s minimum and whether your payment and self-billing details were submitted before the deadline. Then compare the billing period with your agreement’s payment window. If payment is overdue, email affiliate@candy.ai with your account platform and the period concerned.
What happens if a customer gets a refund or chargeback?
The public program says refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the commission they generated. A recorded sale can therefore change your earnings later. Review transaction status when comparing estimated campaign returns with the amount eligible for payment.
How much money can I realistically make?
There is no fixed income for joining. Your results depend on relevant traffic, paying-customer conversions, customer spending and your offer. Estimate commission from eligible sales, then subtract advertising and content costs. Begin with a budget you can assess before increasing your spend.
Assets & promotion rules
Where can I promote Candy AI?
The public program welcomes websites, creators, communities and paid traffic. Choose a channel that permits the content and reaches adults. Match your creative and landing page to that placement, and follow the affiliate terms as well as the channel’s own rules.
Is adult traffic allowed?
Yes. Candy AI is an 18+ product and offers creatives for SFW and adult placements. Your audience must be adults, and the placement must permit the material. Do not place promotional content on properties likely to be viewed by children.
Can I buy traffic or run search ads?
Paid traffic is supported, but bidding on Candy AI branded search keywords, variations and misspellings is prohibited. Check the permitted offer, destination and advertising policy before spending. An affiliate account does not grant permission to use every ad format or keyword.
Can I use my own referral link to promote the product?
Yes. Your personal referral link is the link you should share with other potential customers. Self-referrals are different: do not use it for your own customer registration or purchase. A generic product URL may not credit your campaign.
Can I offer cashback or a reward for signing up?
No. The affiliate terms prohibit incentivized traffic, including cashback and rewards offered for signing up through your link. Attract visitors through relevant content and product information rather than paying or rewarding them to register.
Do I need to disclose my affiliate relationship?
Make the relationship clear near your recommendation or referral link. For example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Keep the disclosure easy to see, and follow the disclosure requirements for your audience and publishing platform.
What should I publish for my first campaign?
Pick one question your audience already has, such as how character creation works or what subscription and token spending covers. Use your own verified observations, choose a suitable official creative, and link to the relevant destination. Measure the response before producing more content.
Cookies, links & reports
How long does the referral cookie last?
The public program advertises a 90-day referral cookie. This is the initial attribution window after a visitor follows your link. It is separate from repeat-payment eligibility under a revenue-share offer. Browser changes or cleared cookies can interrupt cookie-based tracking.
Can I link to a specific character or landing page?
Use the destinations provided in your own dashboard rather than constructing an untested URL. Choose the page that matches your content, copy its full tracking link and keep the referral parameters intact. Available destinations depend on your account and offer.
Can I shorten or edit my tracking link?
Keep the provider’s referral token and destination parameters intact. Before using a shortener or redirect, check that it preserves the full destination and is permitted by your platform. A shorter URL is only useful if it still attributes the visitor correctly.
Why do I see clicks but no sales?
A click records a visit, not a purchase. Check that your destination matches the content, the audience understands any product costs and your link retains its tracking parameters. Compare clicks, signups and eligible sales for the same date range before deciding which part of the campaign needs work.
Why is a signup or commission missing?
Check the report date range and the exact referral URL first. Cookie deletion, a different browser or device, or a purchase that does not qualify can explain a missing record. If it still appears incorrect, send the campaign link, approximate event time and relevant transaction reference through dashboard support. Never send passwords.
What should I do if my reports look delayed?
Check dashboard notices, refresh the report and make sure the selected dates include the event. A delay alone does not prove a referral was lost. If the same period stays incomplete, ask dashboard support to investigate and include the report name, timeframe and a screenshot of the discrepancy.
How do I tell which post or campaign performs best?
Use separate campaign identifiers or sub-IDs where your platform supports them. Compare clicks, paying-customer conversions and commission over the same period. Give each placement a consistent label so you can trace results back to a specific article, video or campaign.
Who should I contact about affiliate or customer problems?
Email affiliate@candy.ai for offer, payout or partner-account questions. For a tracking discrepancy, use support inside your affiliate dashboard and identify the affected campaign and dates. For a personal subscription, billing or product-access issue, use the Candy AI customer help center instead.
